After “Scarecrow” earned the 32nd red spot in Tier 13, I looked over everything that was color-coded as blue in that tier, to figure out how many of those movies were worthy of being re-assessed as potential fringe (color-coded orange) Flickuum movies. And as to what that number ended up being, well it was 13, although just re-assessing “Bullet Train” a second time now makes it 12. Of course, I’m going to reveal what those other 12 movies are and their reasons why they will each be re-assessed. But before I do that, I want to reveal the outcome of the second re-assessment for the aforementioned “Bullet Train”, which is that I love the bonkers jigsaw puzzle style structure of it, therefore it’s now well-positioned as another fringe Flickuum movie. Alright, now that I’ve addressed that aspect of this entry, it’s finally time to reveal the other 12 blue movies that are up for re-assessment via the chart below:
| Movie | Why it’s being re-assessed |
| Prospect | This movie could fill the “High Life” void in The Project, due to it having an A24 slow-burn style. |
| Sweet Dreams | The Project is chalked full of music biopics, and this movie could ride that wave of momentum. |
| Minari | This movie’s story is so beautifully told that it can overcome any potential letdowns in its final act. |
| Think Like A Man | There is great camaraderie amongst the cast, and that might be just enough for it to overcome its shortcomings. |
| Think Like A Man Too | This movie is in the same boat as its predecessor. Plus, if one of the installments makes The Project, then the other one has to be in it as well. |
| Meatballs | The sequels of this movie each take some bizarre turns, but those are completely separable, thus it could gain re-entry into The Project. |
| Good Time | This movie has that typical Safdie Brothers craziness, which played a big part in “Uncut Gems” eventually becoming evaluation number 1,154, and that could also play a big part in it being yet another A24 movie making the cut. |
| The Party | This movie is very chaotic, but it also has too much going for it to be completely shunned from the group that was first started by “Wildcats”, and last extended by “Scouts Guide To The Zombie Apocalypse”. |
| The Pink Panther | If the movie that’s listed directly above can get Flickuum consideration, then this movie should as well, especially when it has eight sequels, spanning from the mid-1960s to the early-1990s. |
| Seven Samurai | This movie sends the very strong message of neither side being the winning one. |
| The Magnificent Seven | This movie is neck-and-neck with the 2016 remake. |
| The Gambler | Certain aspects about this movie need to be re-investigated, especially since its re-assessment was conducted via the edited version on YouTube. |
Well, 25 movies (including Bullet Train) are currently fringe Flickuum movies in Tier 13. And given the potential that I see in the chart above, that 25 could increase.
Have any thoughts on the movies in the chart above? Well, you can vote on which of them will follow “Bullet Train” into the fringe zone via the poll below, as well as comment on them via the comments section, which is also below.
Thank you for tuning in and be on the lookout for the 216th Flickasbord entry!
