Post-Revvin’ For 2,047!: Part 8

Yesterday on The Bonus Round page, I blogged about the first 25 movies that landed on the Eastern Bluebird 53 page, as I was able to choose those 25 movies that quickly. And of course, with that being said, I thought that it would be a three-day process in rounding out that page, but I was able to figure out the remaining 28 spots at a very quick (and natural) pace, thus another day ahead of schedule. So, now that I got those 28 spots filled, you can find out which movies were chosen for them via the chart below:

MovieHow it got an overall guaranteed Flickuum spot
Lousy CarterOlivia Thirlby and Jocelyn DeBoer won’t be hurting for Flickuum movies, as they had a combined 11, prior to this movie being assessed. But the same wasn’t said for Trieste Kelly Dunn, thus this movie finally allows her to be a part of Flickuum lore.
My Best Friend’s WifeIt took a while, but John Stamos finally has a Project movie, as he is way too cool to not have one.
Two Times YouAny time that Melissa Barrera gets a substantial movie role, good things happen for those movies. This movie falls under that category.
A Quiet Place: Part IIThis movie jumping around to different days has a much more structured approach than (500) Days Of Summer, thus it is back in The Project.
Gran TurismoThe father-son dynamic between Djimon Hounson and Archie Madekwe is totally deserving of Flickuum lore.
Spirit: Stallion Of The CimarronBig Hero 6 is probably James Cromwell’s best-known voice role, but it was this movie that opened that avenue for the veteran actor.
I Care A LotThis movie benefitted from being assessed before Bed Rest.
Summer NightThe storylines of each character tie seamlessly together.
TwistersThis movie will outrank its predecessor.
Raiders Of The Lost ArkThe first three installments work perfectly together as a trilogy, and this movie kicks that success off.
Material GirlsThis movie is thematically similar to Cow Belles and From Prada To Nada, thus all three should have the same exact status of enshrined Flickuum movies.
Beyond White SpaceThe pay-off for Zulay Henao’s character in this movie is similar to the pay-off of Johnny Depp’s character in The Professor, albeit they are two totally different movies. Plus, the former of the two movies benefitted from being assessed not too long before The Iron Claw was assessed.
Indiana Jones And The Last CrusadeIf the franchise never had the mediocre fourth and fifth installments of this franchise, then this movie would have been a perfect close to the 1980s trilogy.
Do RevengeUpgraded could have been the Camila Mendes movie for The Project, but forced delivery of dialogue and lazy editing did that movie in. This movie, on the other hand, is clever and doesn’t derail itself while doing so.
Indiana Jones And The Temple Of DoomThis movie and the other two 1980s installments are a package deal.
Pirates Of The Great Salt LakeThis movie was a “have to have it” movie for Emily Kennard Dunn, which succeeded, thanks to an expedited re-assessment.
Scoob! This movie got compared to both Birds Of Prey And The Fantabulous Emancipation Of One Harley Quinn, and Spies In Disguise, from the standpoint of it being a movie that can jump-start The Project. And sure enough, this movie lives up to that comparison.
Next Goal WinsThis movie benefits from the “grow on” effect.
MaskThis was the movie that had a successful assessment before that 87-evaluation stretch (Air Force One to Carmen) began.
The Miracle SeasonThis movie benefitted from being assessed/re-assessed around the same time that Déjà Vu, I Care A Lot and Bed Rest were.
King Solomon’s Mines ‘50This movie can be neck-and-neck with The African Queen.
Snow DogsThis movie came nearly three months after the best one in the career of the late James Coburn, with that movie being Monsters, Inc. But his chemistry with Cuba Gooding Jr. makes this one anything but a post-Pixar letdown.
Hercules ‘97This movie gets better as it goes on.
Out Of AfricaMeryl Streep can usually be counted on to put forth a good movie, which this movie clearly is.
The Sea BeastThe charm that this movie exudes has nothing but The Flickuum quality about it.
Fast Times At Ridgemont HighIf Sean Penn as Mickey Cohen via Gangster Squad can be in The Project, then him as Jeff Spicoli via this movie needs to be as well.
SisterIf a 2014 movie where Tiffani-Amber Thiessen is playing a single mother can be in The Project, then this 2014 movie with Nadine Velazquez in that role should be in it as well.
Moving McAllisterThis movie is strangely tethered to the aforementioned Sister, but both movies work so well together, thus that pairing will work for The Project.

Well, the second phase of filling out the Eastern Bluebird 53 page has been completed, but there is a third step to ensure graduation to Tier 5.

Tune in tomorrow to find out that third step.
