Ever since the decision of expanding the favorite movies project from 2,200 to 2,300 went into effect 10 days ago, four new/fairly new movies (Jules, Landscape With Invisible Hand, The Holdovers, Poor Things) were assessed and all of them were too disjointed to warrant immediate project (officially The Flickuum) consideration. And of course, with that being said, the rule of any movie getting the right to take a vacated Flickuum spot would be applicable to any of the four new/fairly new movies that were assessed, along with the fact that that rule could be applicable to the two (Godzilla Minus One, Anyone But You) questionable movies that predated the aforementioned expansion. So, given that that rule will be exercised, two movies (The Black Phone, The Electrical Life Of Louis Wain) that predate the 2024 movie rookie scale could get a third of those vacated spots, followed by four 2024 rookie scale movies (The Beekeeper, Argylle, Bob Marley: One Love, Drive-Away Dolls) all possibly getting an early advantage in rounding out those other four vacated Flickuum spots.
Tune in either late-February or early-March to find out all those answers to all those questions.
