As far back as the second grade, Steve Kaycee has made steak and cheese sandwiches a regular thing, whether in an elementary school cafeteria or any restaurant franchise.
Of course, he’s not the world’s foremost expert about that particular sandwich, but like everything that he has written about thus far, he tries his best to make sure that his writing is totally credible.
Here on this page of alliteration, which is inspired by a TV show (Bob’s Burgers), due to itself being alliterative, Steve will take you on his many adventures of consuming steak and cheese sandwiches, with his second one occurring via a Buffalo Wild Wings on September 24, 2026.

“Steve’s Steak And Cheese Series: Buffalo Wild Wings”
Nine days ago, this blog entry series made its debut when I reviewed the Hooters Philly Cheesesteak.
This week, the second review of this series is two days early, as a change of schedule has caused me to move up this second Steve’s Steak And Cheese Series blog entry to today.
Ladies and gentlemen, this is my review for Buffalo Wild Wings’ “Beer Cheese Cheesesteak”.
Alright, so this isn’t the first time that I had a cheesesteak from Buffalo Wild Wings, as I’ve had their “Southwest Philly Cheesesteak” at least three times yet never thought to write a review about it. However, I learned late last week that it was discontinued, thus I settled on the topic of this entry. Let’s continue.
Alright, so as for my verdict about the entree in question, the meat in it has a crunch that’s identical to the “Southwest Philly Cheesesteak”, thus making it a flavorful replica. However, there’s a major difference between, which is that the Beer Cheese sauce makes for a very salty aftertaste, to the point that I needed an orange Sunkist as a counterbalance almost immediately.
Yes, I like the sandwich, as it was better than expected, yet I prefer the “Southwest Philly Cheesesteak”, from a Buffalo Wild Wings standpoint. Plus, I rank this one second, from a Steve’s Steak And Cheese Series standpoint.
