First up, Tinker Bell And The Legend Of The NeverBeast and All The World Is Sleeping have gotten the 1,788th and 1,789th fully guaranteed Flickuum spots, respectively.
Second, 12 movies have moved up from Tier 5 to Tier 4. They are the following:

And finally, Poor Boy has been placed in Tiers 7 and 13, following its second re-assessment.
