The Battle To Be In Tier 5 Next

Up to this point, 2,140 movies have been deemed as overall guaranteed Flickuum movies, although nothing has joined Tier 5 in a little over six months. But thanks to immediate Amazon hard copy listings for both “Trolls Band Together” and “Migration”, along with “Wish” getting its hard copy release date announcement exactly two weeks ago, the protocol for which movie will officially get the 2,048th overall guaranteed Flickuum spot can finally commence via the same format that was used in trying to determine Flickuum spot 2,042, although that format led to the subsequent ouster of the undeserving “Morbius” from the Project.

But luckily, this field of movies won’t present such an unfulfilling experience, as the field that you’re about to see was carefully handpicked over a seven-month period, and that includes one movie that was in the tournament that “Morbius” initially won before the dynamic “In The Heights” came along to replace it. And while “In The Heights” will eventually outrank this entire field of movies, a movie of its quality won’t be needed in a pinch this time around.

Alright, so without any more ado, here are the 25 movies (that will be competing for the right to be the next one to move up to Tier 5) via both the numbers and accompaniments of the letters “A” and “B” to determine which group that they’ll be competing in. Check it out below:

The 25 Movies

  1. A-Kickin’ It Old Skool
  2. B-West Side Story ‘21
  3. B-Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 3
  4. B-Renfield
  5. A-Guy Ritchie’s The Covenant
  6. A-Sisu
  7. A-Miracle
  8. B-Gifted
  9. A-Best Sellers
  10. A-Top Gun: Maverick
  11. B-Top Gun
  12. B-Showdown In Little Tokyo
  13. A-Migration
  14. A-The Little Mermaid ‘23
  15. B-Elemental
  16. B-Ruby Gillman, Teenage Kraken
  17. A-Strays
  18. B-The Equalizer 3
  19. B-Trolls Band Together
  20. B-Wish
  21. A-A Haunting In Venice
  22. A-Transformers: Rise Of The Beasts
  23. B-The Blackening
  24. A-Blue Beetle
  25. B-The Frighteners

Yes, that’s the field of movies that had to outlast 23 other movies for the right to be in this position, with three of them (The Little Mermaid ’23, The Blackening, Blue Beetle) not even expected to be here when this particular selection process began eight months ago. But I’m glad that I was thrice proven wrong, because those three movies are now predicted to be in the top half of The Flickuum rankings when it’s all said and done. And who knows, maybe one of them will be in Tier 5 come this Tuesday.

It’s time for the latest chapter of movie selection madness to begin.
